This year has been a great challenge I couldn’t keep control of my own emotions during situations or set backs that others may view as a catastrophe.

I have allowed myself to be taken down with my own disasters and failings. Disappointment or loss had come as a shock, a bolt out of the blue, or an overnight disaster, but there may be choices or actions that led me up to it during the course of the year. It could be that my hopes or expectations are so high, or goals so lofty, that made me bound to be hurt, crest fallen, or shot down.

Fortunately, this year, nothing will keep me from enthusiastically pursuing my dreams, and this ability to bounce back, rebuild, or come back stronger and more determined than ever is an inspiration.
